Heat and air conditioning are always perfect and house is very well maintained.
The neighborhood is a bit older, but it is really peaceful and really close to school. It's also close to party central aka State, Elizabeth, Waller, American. It's the best of both worlds, quiet when you want to study or sleep, but a close walk for when you want to have some fun!
Our lease is up in August and all 4 of us would like to move out at the end of the semester. It doesn't matter how many people you have or if you're a boy or girl, we can work something out!
